Recreational gymnastic training program that helps girls develop skills on bars, beam, tumbling and vaulting. We help beginners and intermediate skilled gymnasts advance their training and may include Team Building, Track & Field, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Special Number, Pyramid, Stunting, Marching, Games and More!
Yoga & S’more will combine the practice of yoga and s’more activities to
engage a sound mind in a sound body. During the hour-long class, a portion
will focus on yoga, while the other focuses on rotating fitness, games, or
relaxation activities. This unique combination is a new approach to physical
and mental well-being. A handful of theme nights will be incorporated
offering social fun! Gymnastics mats are provided and participants are
encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, blocks, towels, and water bottles.

Competitive Volleyball Practice that utilizes scrimmages to help focus on serving, passing, setting, attacking, and blocking.
