Class Details

Tots Sokol Gymnastics (Ages 3-5) - Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm

Activities include Introduction to Basic Gymnastics, Fine & Gross Motor Skills, Hand-Eye Coordination, Circuit Training and Songs.

Girls Sokol Gymnastics (Ages 6-14) - Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Recreational gymnastic training program that helps girls develop skills on bars, beam, tumbling and vaulting. We help beginners and intermediate skilled gymnasts advance their training and may include Team Building, Track & Field, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Special Number, Pyramid, Stunting, Marching, Games and More!

Yoga & S'More (Ages 13+) - Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

Yoga & S’more will combine the practice of yoga and s’more activities to

engage a sound mind in a sound body. During the hour-long class, a portion

will focus on yoga, while the other focuses on rotating fitness, games, or

relaxation activities. This unique combination is a new approach to physical

and mental well-being. A handful of theme nights will be incorporated

offering social fun! Gymnastics mats are provided and participants are

encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, blocks, towels, and water bottles.

Boys Sokol Gymnastics (Ages 6-17) - Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Recreational gymnastic training program that helps boys develop skills on bars, pommel horse, still rings, tumbling and vaulting. We help beginners and intermediate skilled gymnasts advance their training. 

Men's Volleyball Class (Ages 16+) - Tuesdays 7:45-9:15pm

Competitive Volleyball Practice that will include drills to help focus on serving, passing, setting, attacking, and blocking.
